Last updated: 7 July 2026 · These terms apply to the PharmaZ247 platform operated by TulipTech Ltd.
1. Who we are
PharmaZ247 is pharmacy management software provided by TulipTech Ltd ("TulipTech", "we", "us"), a company operating from Dhaka, Bangladesh. You can reach us at info@pharmaz247.com.
2. These terms
By creating a PharmaZ247 account, installing the software, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Usage Policy, which forms part of this agreement. If you are accepting on behalf of a pharmacy or company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
3. What PharmaZ247 is — and is not
PharmaZ247 provides tools for running a pharmacy business: point of sale, inventory and expiry management, purchasing, financial reporting, appointment and queue management, an online shop, and related mobile applications.
Important: PharmaZ247is a business tool, not a medical service. Drug interaction warnings, prescription checks and product information are aids to a qualified professional's judgement — they do not replace it. All dispensing decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed pharmacist and the pharmacy. Teleconsultations are provided between patients and independent doctors; TulipTech does not provide medical advice.
4. Your responsibilities as a licence holder
- You confirm your pharmacy holds a valid drug licence and operates in accordance with DGDA requirements and applicable law.
- PharmaZ247 helps you keep registers, audit trails and licence records — but regulatory compliance remains your legal responsibility as the licensee.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you and your staff enter into the system.
5. Accounts and staff access
- Each staff member must use their own login and PIN. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your organisation's accounts.
- Access rights follow the roles you assign (cashier, pharmacist, manager and so on). Assign them carefully.
- Tell us promptly at info@pharmaz247.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
6. Subscription, fees and payment
- PharmaZ247 is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is provided in your order form or quotation and may be paid via bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.
- Fees are payable in advance for each billing period. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, effective from your next billing period.
- If an account falls into arrears, we may suspend access after reasonable notice. Your data is retained and access is restored on payment.
7. Your data
- You own your business data. Sales records, stock, customer and financial data entered into PharmaZ247 belong to your pharmacy.
- For patient information, your pharmacy is the data controller; TulipTech processes it only to provide the service.
- We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we do not share it with third parties except where needed to operate the service (for example SMS delivery) or where required by law.
- Backups are taken automatically. On request when leaving the service, we will provide an export of your data in a standard format.
8. Service availability
- PharmaZ247 is designed local-first: core functions such as billing and stock continue during internet outages, and data synchronises when connectivity returns.
- Cloud features (inter-branch sync, online shop, SMS, teleconsultation) depend on third-party networks and may occasionally be interrupted. We aim for high availability during business hours but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Planned maintenance will be scheduled outside typical trading hours where possible, with notice for significant work.
9. Acceptable use
Use of PharmaZ247 is subject to our Usage Policy. In short: use the system lawfully, don't attempt to bypass safety features such as prescription gating or audit logging, and respect your customers' data.
10. Intellectual property
The PharmaZ247 software, design, logos and documentation belong to TulipTech Ltd. Your subscription gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your pharmacy business while your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the software.
11. Liability
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Subject to that, TulipTech's total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period.
- We are not liable for indirect losses (such as loss of profit or goodwill), for losses caused by inaccurate data entry, or for dispensing decisions made by pharmacy staff.
12. Suspension and termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms or the Usage Policy, for non-payment after notice, or where required by law or a regulator.
- After termination we will make your data export available for 60 days, after which data may be deleted from live systems.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notice. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
